The system notifies me that I’m using a bad password while I’m sure I’m not.

1.The “Caps Lock” key may be on. Passwords are case sensitive make sure that you are using the proper case.

2.You are trying to login while somebody else is using your account this case usually happens with people who use their account sat both office and home.  They get this message when they try to login from office while somebody at home is using the account.

3.Your account has expired or run out of time.  When there is a failure connection attempt, the system assumes that it failed due to security problem.
